    • Do: Keep Them in Shape.

    • Don't: Slap on the facial oils and heavy moisturizers.

    • Don't: Apply Mascara.

    • Do: Refill every 2-3 weeks.

    • Avoid false lashes. Let's be clear - there's a difference between lash extensions and false lashes.

    • Always remove your makeup gently.

    • Stock up on vitamin supplements.

    • Choose your mascara wisely.

    • Drink green tea.

    • Massage regularly.

    • Brush your lashes regularly.

    • Invest in an all-natural eyelash serum.

  • Moisturizing agents like castor oil (do not use it if you are pregnant), coconut oil, and aloe vera gel may help to encourage hair growth by nourishing lashes and preventing breakage.

    • Avoid rubbing, pulling, or picking your lashes. This can damage your natural lashes and cause them to fall out prematurely.

    • Avoid mascara

    • Mascara can cover your lashes and cause irritation. Removing mascara daily can be harsh on your lashes, and may even cause you to pull them out.

    • Sleeping on your back

    • Sleeping on your stomach can put pressure on your lashes, causing them to break or become damaged. Try sleeping on your back with a soft pillow.

    • Apply a lash sealant

    • Lash sealants leave a protective layer that conditions and nourishes natural lashes and protects them from dust, dirt, water, and debris.

    • Avoid eye masks and eyelash curlers

    • Wearing eye masks or being over vigorous with lash curlers can disrupt the lash bed and cause premature shedding.

    • Avoid rubbing your eyes

    • Rubbing your eyes too often or too hard can cause the natural lashes to fall out. Excessive rubbing and touching of your eyes or lashes will irritate and dry out your eyes, hindering the growth of your natural lashes.

    • Avoid constant streams of water

    • Straight after getting your lashes done, it is crucial to avoid water and steam. Try to keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours.
